Cancellation

User can cancel the order anytime before completing the payment process for no fees. IF order was paid for but not processed yet, cancellation doesn’t require any fees also.

If order was processed or was on route for delivery order cannot be cancelled and user must go through refund process for return and refund.

Unfulfilled Orders

Orders that have been successfully made and but not delivered within 24 hours to the user are eligible for full refund as long as the delay is not due to the user’s delay in response

Confirmation of Delivery

FreshyMart uses it’s own delivery team or a third part delivery service provider. Orders delivered will by updated to delivered upon completion of delivery to the customer in hand or by leaving the package at the customer’s front door.

Submission and Handling of Complaints

Users can submit complaints using the mobile app from the Complaints tab, after completion of an order, or using the website Contact > Complaints Form page. Once submitted complaints will be handled by FreshyMart for processing and a representative will be in contact via any of the communication channels the client provided on the Complaint form.
